Since 2009, I have been working in the banking and asset management industry, in portfolio management, headhunting and talent acquisition. I have lived in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland, and I have worked in-house for organizations such as Societe Generale, UBS, Vontobel, and as a headhunter for international asset management firms.
With more than a decade of experience interviewing thousands of international candidates and advising hundreds of executives from diverse backgrounds and locations on hiring the talent they need, I can provide you with concrete and actionable guidance.
Coaching, is a transformational experience, but to achieve an impactful result, it is key to draw on an experienced and seasoned professional, expert in the field you wish to tackle.
