  • Where do we meet? Sessions will be offered online via video or simply over the phone, to provide flexibility for both parties. For clients based in Switzerland, we can also meet in person by prior arrangement.

  • How many coaching sessions are recommended? This depends on your current situation and what needs to be done in order to reach your goals. The average length of a coaching program is 9 to 12 sessions.

  • How often should we meet? This depends on your goal and the timeframe you have set. We will set an agenda at the beginning of our collaboration and can adjust it if necessary.

  • What language can we speak? English and French.

  • Can I do the interview training without coaching? Absolutely. The interview training focuses on practice and direct feedback. You can still add some coaching sessions on an ad hoc basis.

  • Can I combine several services? Yes, everything is tailored to your needs.

  • What is the difference between coaching and therapy? Coaching is working with clients in a thoughtful and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching is not therapy. If there is an underlying challenge that is beyond the scope of coaching, it is highly recommended to seek the support of a therapist prior to beginning the coaching relationship. Coaching and therapy can be used in parallel but cannot replace each other.
