Ever felt like you’re standing in your own way? You’re not alone. Here’s a truth bomb: our biggest barriers often come from within. 🚧💭


Assumptions and limiting beliefs are like invisible chains, holding us back from reaching our true potential and from the life we are meant to live. Here are common ones that sneak into our minds:


  1. "I’m not good enough (for the job, for the promotion, for the relationship…)."

  2. "I’ll fail if I try."

  3. "Others are more capable."

  4. “I am not ready.”

  5. “I should do an additional education for this otherwise I will never be considered.”

  6. “They will cancel the job offer if I negotiate the salary.”

  7. “It is too late to change career. I better stay in my line.”



Sound familiar?


How many opportunities have you missed by not asking, not daring, not trying?


These thoughts might feel like facts, but they’re just stories we tell ourselves.

And guess what? They can be rewritten. 📝✨


🔍 Identify and Challenge: The first step is recognizing these limiting beliefs. Ask yourself, “Is this really true?” Often, you’ll find that these are just assumptions with no real basis.


💡 Replace with Positivity: Once you’ve identified a limiting belief, replace it with a positive affirmation. Instead of “I’m not good enough,” try “I am capable and constantly improving.”


🚀 Take Action: Action is the antidote to fear. Start small, but start. Each step forward, no matter how tiny, is a victory against self-sabotage.


There is no shame in this. We all have limiting beliefs and fears holding us back.


Me personally, despite I am well aware of mine; I still need to challenge them every day in my entrepreneurship journey. I have to face my belief that successful entrepreneurs have certain traits and apply certain business models and I will struggle I don’t follow those molds. And of course, as you can image, since I start to break free from this belief and finally start being more myself in my business, things are getting easier and better.


Remember, it’s okay to have doubts. The key is not to let them control you. Turn those “what ifs” into “why nots.” 🚀
